First Stop: Sardinia, Italy

Sardinian Feast | February 22 – March 15

We’re kicking things off in Sardinia with a seafood lover’s dream. Inspired by the island’s coastal bounty, this menu is packed with fresh, vibrant flavours made for long, lazy lunches.

On the Table: 

  • Mussels, squid & prawns in saffron sauce with risoni – A big bowl of perfectly poached squid, prawns, and 1.5kg of mussels, bathed in a light saffron sauce and tossed with risoni pasta. 
  • Sourdough bread – Because you’re going to want to mop up every drop.
  • Tomato & fennel salad – Fresh, crisp, and the perfect bright bite to balance the seafood.

Details:

  • $89 per sharing platter. Suits up to 4 people.
  • Saturday lunch and all-day Sunday.
